Our workroom will not be responsible for fabric shortages or flaws
All orders or changes must be submitted in writing.
Fabric samples must include a clear description of the fabric with your order indicating the correct side and direction you wish the fabric to run. We cannot process orders if any information is omitted.
If there is an error or mistake made by a designer, there will be a 25% discount on labor. When the mistake is our workroom’s fault, the remake is free of charge.
Our maximum liability for fabrics damaged during processing is $20.00 per yard.
We will insure your package for double the cost of our labor, unless otherwise specified in your order.
We cannot accept cancellations after fabric has been cut.

Crating charges will be based on size and complexity of the container.
